Lending Services 

Terms Applicable to Loan Request Services; Security America Mortgage, Inc. does not endorse, recommend, or steer consumers to any specific loan product that we offer, nor do we guarantee approval on any loan product. You make the ultimate decision on the loan product that is best for your individual financial situation. We will only provide lending services from loan officers who are licensed in the state you intend to purchase.  

Loan Information Requests 

When you submit a request for information (an “Inquiry”) through this website, a representative will contact you via the phone number or email address you provided. The representative will ask you for additional information in order to facilitate your request. WE WILL NOT ACCESS YOUR CREDIT WITHOUT YOUR EXPRESS VERBAL OR WRITTEN PERMISSION. 

Errors and Delays 

Security America Mortgage, Inc. is not responsible for any errors or delays in responding to your inquiry arising out of inaccurate information provided by you, or any other cause outside of our commercially reasonable control. 

Costs 

There is no charge to you, as a consumer, for using the services provided on this Site. A licensed representative will discuss any and all fees for receiving a loan and all fees will be provided consistent with state and federal laws. 

 You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms of Service. 

You must provide true, accurate, current and complete registration information.  

You agree to keep this information up-to-date. 

You must abide at all times with the Terms of this Agreement. 

If you are registering on behalf of another individual, you must have legal authority to act on behalf of such individual. 

We are not responsible if we are unable to communicate with you because you have not kept your registration information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any of your usernames or passwords associated with Floify. You may be held liable for losses or damages incurred by Security America Mortgage, Inc if you give out your Floify credentialsis.  You agree Security America Mortgage Inc will not liable for any loss or damage that you may incur as a result of your failure to comply with these requirements. 

Indemnity 

You agree to indemnify Security America Mortgage, Inc. and its’ affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expense (including attorney’s fees) and damages arising out of any claims resulting from your use of this website, including without limitation any claims alleging facts that, if true, would constitute a breach by you of these Terms and Conditions of Use. 

Choice of Law 

You agree that the laws of the State of Texas govern this contract and any claim or dispute that you may have against us, without regard to Texas conflict of laws rules. You further agree that a court located in Houston Texas will resolve any disputes or claims that you may have against us. 

 Dispute Resolution 

Any claim, dispute, or cause of action arising out of the use of the Site shall be subject to arbitration under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, in a proceeding held before one arbitrator as chosen by Security America Mortgage, Inc. The arbitration shall occur in Houston Texas. Any claim, dispute, or cause of action shall be resolved in the arbitration proceeding and shall be binding on all parties. You, as the consumer, waive and forfeit any and all rights to any action in state or federal court to defend or assert your rights.

your Contribution does not constitute, contain, install or attempt to install or promote spyware, malware or other computer code, whether on Company’s or others computers or equipment, designed to enable you or others to gather information about or monitor the online or other activities of another party; 

your Contribution does not inundate the website with communications or other traffic suggesting no serious intent to use the website for its stated purpose; 

your Contribution does not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of this Agreement or any applicable law or regulation; and

Term 

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services or are a User. You may terminate your use or participation at any time, for any reason, by emailing garrett@securityamericamortgage.com. The request will be processed in 1-3 business days. SAM may terminate your use or participation at any time, without warning. Even after your use and participation is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect.

Copyright Policy. SAM will terminate the account and access rights of any repeat infringer. If you are a copyright owner or the legal agent of a copyright owner, and you believe that any User submission or content on the website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice to:
